A man high on cocaine took all his clothes off in front of a female police officer after breaking into a building site.
Ricky Diggins had been seen climbing into the site in Ramsgate and was said to be “smashing things up”.
A court heard the 29-year-old was found in a nearby alleyway and put in a police van with the female officer.
She had been tasked with making sure he didn’t become unwell as he was so intoxicated.
But Diggins, of Auckland Avenue, Ramsgate, then started kicking out and told the officer: “I bet you’d be happy to see me naked.”
Rajni Prashar, prosecuting at Folkestone Magistrates Court, said the defendant then asked the officer “if her man pleased her and satisfied her”.
“Then he started simulating and gesturing he was masturbating to the female officer,” the prosecutor added.
“He then removed all his clothes and exposed his penis to her and another male officer got in the van and the defendant asked him if he was going to make her watch this.”
After the incident in the early hours of Wednesday, February 7, Diggins was given a drug test which proved positive for cocaine.
He was ordered to attend a drug assessment later the same month but failed to show up.
Diggins was charged with exposure and failing to turn up for the assessment and admitted both offences when he appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on March 12.
The court heard he was not charged in relation to getting into the building site.
Magistrates were told Diggins was on a suspended sentence he’d been given for another offence when he carried out the new ones.
As a result, they decided to adjourn the case and ordered a pre-sentencing report be carried out to find out more about why he commits crime.
Diggins was granted bail until May 2, when he will return to the same court to hear his fate.
