Kent Police in Margate hunt Kabuki nightclub attacker

A vicious attack in a nightclub left a man with a broken tooth and injuries to his face.

Police have released an image of a man they want to talk to following the assault in the Kabuki nightclub, Marine Gardens, Margate.

The victim, a man aged in his 40s, was approached by an unknown man who attacked him until door staff intervened.

The incident took place between 2.30am and 3.15am in the early hours of New Year’s Day.

The suspect is described by the victim as aged between 45 and 55 years old, around 5ft 8ins tall and of stocky build.

He had short dark brown hair and wore jeans, a shirt and a brown or black jacket.
