A motorcyclist was taken to hospital by ambulance crews after he came off his bike in Thanet.

Police were called to the A299 St Nicholas-at-Wade roundabout near Birchington just after 7am, following reports a motorcyclist had come off his bike.

He was taken to hospital and police reopened the road by 8am.

It is not yet know what injuries he sustained.
