A Kent town is becoming the latest place to have its own Monopoly edition when the game hits the shelves next week.
Margate was chosen last summer to be immortalised by the world's most popular board game and Thanet residents will have the chance to barter their way to owning the town's landmarks from Friday.
The game will go on sale in stores and online from March 22, designers revealed this week.
Famous places in the town including Dreamland, the Harbour Arm and the Main Sands feature among the 28 locations on the 44-space board.
Dreamland takes the crown as the most expensive property on the board replacing the position taken by Mayfair in the original London version with the Turner Contemporary where players normally find Park Lane.
The cheapest part of the board - replacing Old Kent Road and Whitechapel - is taken up by The Clock Tower and the Harbour Arm.
The chance and community chest cards are receiving a Margate makeover in the game with players rewarded for spotting celebrities or penalised for failing to find parking.
Jennifer Lau, custom games executive from Winning Moves UK, says they were "spoilt for choice" when choosing the sites to appear.
"As Margate is a key place to visit in the holidays, we thought it only right that the best 28 places around Margate are immortalised forever on a Margate Monopoly board," she said.
The property sets are organised around heritage and tourism, sports, shopping, culture and festivals.
Player makers are also getting a revamp with the original tokens being replaced with a summer holiday theme.
Retailers including The Works will carry the game in its Thanet stores and the game is also available on Amazon.
