A man suffered severe face wounds after an attack inside a pub.

The incident happened in the Quart In A Pint Pot, Charlotte Square, Margate between 8.30pm on Monday, February 20, and 12.30am the following day.

The victim had serious facial injuries and had to be taken to hospital to have them treated.

The suspect is described as white, around 40-years-old, medium build and about 5 ft 10 in with black hair.
