Police have been called to reports of a serious altercation in Wentworth Drive, Ramsgate.

Officers are at the scene along with the South East Coast Ambulance Service at 4.50pm.

No arrests have been made and a police spokesman said enquiries into the incident were on-going.

There have been reports on social media of a possible machete or knife attack.
