A dual carriageway has been closed to traffic travelling coastbound after a car crashed near roundabout this morning.

Police are still dealing with the incident on the A299 Hengist Way after being called at 10.20am today (Sunday, January 22).

The crash happened near the Minster roundabout heading towards Canterbury Road West near the former Manston Airport.

The road closure is currently affecting traffic heading towards Ramsgate, but police say no major injuries have been reported.
