A missing toddler has been found walking around the streets.

Witnesses say the young boy, aged around three-years-old, was spotted earlier this morning on his own in Garlinge.

Police officers have been knocking on doors in the area around Canterbury Road in a bid to track down the youngster's parents.

Police have been seen searching around Garlinge this morning (9864429)

They have been focussing their attempts near the Costcutter shop and The Hussar Hotel and have now identified the parents.

But officers are now carrying out inquiries to find out why the boy was out alone.
