Margate: Police hunt teenage boys after burglary in Ramsgate Road

Two boys aged just 13 or 14 are being hunted by police after breaking into a woman's home and stealing her iPhone.

The teenagers are alleged to have broken into her home in Ramsgate Road, on Sunday, June 19, and were spotted when the woman walked into her conservatory.

She says she called out to them but the boys turned and ran off with two black iPhone 4s'.

They were then spotted running across the field towards Margate's Millmead area.

One of the boys is 13 or 14 years old, white, thin and 5ft 2ins with short blonde hair.

The woman said he was wearing a black patterned t-shirt, black jogging bottoms and carrying a small black bag.

The second boy is the same age and height with a dark European complexion and a medium build.

He had short black curly hair and was also wearing a black t-shirt and jogging bottoms.

The incident took place between 7.30pm and 8pm.

Detectives investigating the report have released a computer-generated image of a teenager they would like to trace and are asking anyone who recognises him to contact them on 01843 222289 quoting ZY/20372/16.
