A teenager who had not been seen since Boxing Day has been found safe and well.

Police said Georgie Maynard, 13, left his home in Ramsgate a week ago.

He was last known to have been in the Brockenhurst Road area at about 10.10pm on Boxing Day.

But after issuing an appeal for help to find him yesterday police have today confirmed that he has been found safe and well.
