STAMP duty on commercial and residential property valued up to £150,000 is to abolished in parts of Thanet under the Government’s drive to boost regeneration in poor areas.

Nine district council wards will benefit - Pier, Ethelbert, Newington, Northdown Park, Cecil, Marine, Central Eastcliff, Northwood and Central Westcliff.
