Margate-based charity Oasis Domestic Abuse will host yoga and pilates fundraiser in St Lawrence College, Ramsgate

People are being invited to find their inner chi with a morning that promises to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world.

The wellness fundraiser is being hosted by the Oasis Domestic Abuse charity at St Lawrence College.

Organisers say it will leave you feeling relaxed and prepared for your day ahead.

Oasis community fundraiser Dee Murphy said: “We are really looking forward to what is set to be a lovely event.

“We are so grateful to all of the therapists and instructors who will be giving up their time as well as to St Lawrence College for allowing us use of the venue.

“It will raise valuable funds to support victims of domestic abuse.”

The morning will consist of yoga and pilates, with each participant receiving nutrition advice and a holistic therapy treatment including an Indian head massage, hand and arm massage or reflexology.

It will take place on Sunday, July 17, tickets cost £30 and the day will run from 9.15am to 1pm.
