Ramsgate: Teenager injured in early morning assault in Harbour Street

A teenager has been left with injuries following an early morning assault in Ramsgate.

It was reported that at about 3.30am on Friday, July 13, a 19-year-old man was assaulted by another man in Harbour Street - who is believed to have walked away in the direction of Madeira Walk.

The victim's arm was injured and he was taken to hospital for treatment.

The suspect is described as a white man aged in his early 20s, 5ft 10ins tall, with short blonde hair and stubble.

He was said to be wearing blue jeans, dark trainers and a black t-shirt with white writing on it.

Officers ask that anyone who was in the area at the time, and may have seen something which could assist their investigation, calls police on 01843 222289 quoting ZY/40362/18.
