Thanet Way:Lane re-opened at the St Nicholas at Wade roundabout

Both lanes are now re-open following a crash involving three cars and a lorry at the St Nicholas at Wade roundabout on the Thanet Way.

Lane two of the A299 Thanet Way westbound was closed between Stuart Lane and the A28 roundabout.

Police were called at around 8.35am this morning.

No serious injuries have been reported, but traffic was being diverted while the vehicles were recovered.

One lane was closed and there were reports of slow traffic on the A28 Canterbury Road around the A299 Thanet Way and Potten Street Road.

The road was clear by midday.
