A ugly plot of wasteland complete with a dumped traffic cone and array of debris could fetch six-figures at auction.
The small section of land on the junction of Clifton Place and Clifton Gardens, in Margate, has a guide price of between £90,000 and £100,000.
Despite its unappealing aesthetic, there is potential with the site due to it having planning permission for a house.
Auctioneer Jon Rimmer, from Clive Emson, said: “The planning permission allows for a three-bedroom house over three floors.
“There would also be a courtyard garden and a garage, creating a desirable property in the centre of town.
“The location is close to the seafront and local amenities. Builders will be interested but it might also attract those who want to build their own home.”
The empty end-terrace site will be going under the hammer with 103 other plots at a Clive Emson auction on November 3.
