The attack happened at a property in the High Street just before 6.30pm.

The people arrested are believed to have come from a flat above the Natwest Bank in Broadstairs

Katrina Solley, 25, of Queens Road, said: "There were seven police cars, three vans and an ambulance all outside.

"I think it started in the property above the bank, I could hear people shouting and swearing and then we went outside to look.
