Two people were taken to hospital following a brawl near an Aldi.

Police were called to Sandhurst Place in Cliftonville, Margate, just after 9.45pm yesterday.

It followed reports of a group of people fighting in the road, which is behind the town’s Aldi.

Officers attended and three people, two men and a woman, have been arrested while an investigation into violent disorder continues.

Two of those arrested have been taken to QEQM hospital for treatment before being brought into custody.
