Three brothers have been charged with murdering a Thanet woman at her home.
Scott Knight, 23, Adam Knight, 20, and 19-year-old Joshua Knight were initially charged with causing Delyth Andrews grievous bodily harm with intent.
But after being treated for several weeks in King's College Hospital in south east London the victim, who was in her 50s and lived in Lorina Road, Ramsgate, died on December 27.
The brothers, also of Lorina Road, made a brief appearance at Maidstone Crown Court today.
Their next hearing for plea and trial preparation will be at Canterbury Crown Court on April 15. Judge Jeremy Carey set a trial date for June 13.
Prosecutor Jennifer Knight said Ms Andrews died from "blunt force injuries" but the post-mortem examination results were not yet available.
