A driver was lucky to escape unhurt after this car exploded into a fireball.

The car was engulfed in flames after it caught fire in Dane Court Road, Broadstairs yesterday.

Imogen Butcher captured the moment the car erupted, before fire crews dramatically extinguished the fire.

It's believed another man alerted the driver and made him stop before he managed to get out safely.
