Emergency services are at the scene of a crash by the A299 in Monkton.
A car is on its roof near the roundabout and roads nearby have been closed.
A police spokesman says patrols were called at 9.21am to the crash involving one car.
"Officers are in attendance alongside the South East Coast Ambulance Service and, at present, no serious injuries have been reported," he said.
"A localised road closure is in place while the vehicle awaits recovery."
