CCTV released after man suffers serious head injuries in reported attack at The Dolphin in Broadstairs

Police have released CCTV images after a man suffered serious head injuries in a reported attack at a town centre pub.

At 1.17am on October 27, the victim was reportedly assaulted inside and then outside The Dolphin in Albion Street, Broadstairs.

The victim is still being treated after sustaining serious head injuries.

A 33-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Officers are now searching for two men and a potential key witness of the incident.

A spokesman for the force said: “An investigation into the incident is ongoing and officers have released CCTV images of two men they believe may be able to assist enquiries.

“Police are also very keen to speak to a man believed to have witnessed the incident, described as having a white beard and wearing a flat cap and dark 'bomber' jacket.
