Buyers have the chance to scoop up the "world's smallest ice cream parlour" located inside a phone box after it was put on the market.
Owners of the structures outside the Royal Pavilion Wetherspoon pub in Ramsgate are hoping to whip up interest with the unique business now up for sale.
Owner of Ring Ring Ice Cream Danny Montila previously told KentOnline when the shop opened: "It's going to be possibly the world's smallest ice cream parlour.
"It's going to be really fun, wacky and cool."
The business opened in June 2022, and after less than a year, is looking for a new vendor for the quirky retail space.
It is now being marketed and is available for £300 a month.
Agents Langley Estates said: "This is a rare business opportunity located in the heart of Ramsgate Harbour.
"We are pleased to offer this delightful red phone box to rent.
"It is currently used for an ice cream business, however can be used for any opportunity of your choice."
Mr Montila bought two phone boxes next to each other outside the Spoons, and gave them a new lease of life.
Speaking in 2021 the 40-year-old said: "Every day during the six-week summer holidays the phone will ring.
"And when the phone rings on loudspeaker, everybody in the queue gets a free ice cream.
"It's going to be really fun.
"It's a weather-dependent place," he added. "If the sun is shining, we'll be serving ice creams."
