Chas and Dave are coming down to Margate to play the opening night of Dreamland.
The cockney duo will appear alongside Marina and the Diamonds at the amusement park's Opening Night Hullabaloo in June.
The event is culmination of an 11-year campaign aimed at reinvigorating the iconic seaside attraction, which has been closed since the late 90s.
The new park will include rides celebrating Dreamland's 1960s heyday, when Margate was seen as a cool seaside resort for London holidaymakers.
The full list combines attractions from various decades, right back to the 1920s.
The anticipation is palpable - visitors queued round the block to buy the fist tickets which went on sale earlier this year.
Those attending the opening event can look forward to full access to the new rides, as well as an eclectic line-up of entertainers.
Despite announcing their last tour in 2011, Chas and Dave are still going strong, and are celebrating their 50th anniversary by recording their first original album in 27 years.
The album is a mixture of vintage rock and roll songs and new renditions of their own 'rockney' classics.
On its website, Dreamland said: "Chas ‘n’ Dave are great musicians and know how to give an audience a good time.
"They have gained a cult audience of both young and old and due to public demand they are about to be seen together on stage once more at our very own Dreamland/Hartsdown Bandstand."
