Police have closed a road after a building partially collapsed during the night.
Officers were called to site on the corner of Arklow Square and Victoria Road in Ramsgate this morning and remain at the scene.
Crews from Kent Fire and Rescue service were also sent to assist police shortly after 9am.

Victoria Road remains closed.
A neighbour, who does not want to be named, said: "About 2am there was a loud rumble which woke a lot of people up."
Another neighbour, William Britten, said: "We heard this crash and I said to my daughter what was that, and she said she had just thrown some magazines on the floor, but I said it was louder than that.
"I went out to look at it this morning and could see the police had cordoned off the road there, and I could see all the roof had collapsed.
"We thought it was thunder. I got a shock when I saw it this morning."
A police spokesman said: "Police received a report of concern regarding the structure of an empty building in Arklow Square in Ramsgate at 8.56am.
"Officers are attending the scene with Kent Fire and Rescue Service and the road has been closed temporarily so the building can be assessed by building inspectors."
A spokesman for KFRS said: "KFRS was called at 9.04am to assist police.
"Crews left the scene by 9.18am."
