Yoga teacher Hannah Rzysko, who runs Yoga Therapy for All, is providing a term of online chair yoga classes, suitable for all ages and abilities.
All you need is an upright sturdy chair without arms, a yoga block or a good chunky book, and a strap or a dressing gown belt.
"During these very strange and isolating times we find ourselves in, I am passionate about staying connected to you all and giving you a great yoga class, even if we can’t be in the room together for a few weeks," she said.
"So how does it work? At the start of each week, you will receive a link in your email inbox. On Friday at 12.55pm each week you simply follow that link to join the class.
"Each class will be live-streamed via Zoom (a similar platform to skype, but it allows lots of people to join the same sessions at once) which means you can ask questions throughout the session too.
"I can support you over the phone prior to your first session in setting this up on your computer, phone or tablet.
"What if I miss a live class? No problem. I will send through a link to the class so you can watch and practice in your own time."
