Philip Gibson, 16, from Broadstairs found safe and well

A 16-year-old boy who went missing for nearly a month has been found.

Philip Gibson was reported missing from Broadstairs on Wednesday, January 25, at around 5.10pm.

Police thanked everyone who helped with the search.
