A man is in hospital after a two-car crash at a busy roundabout.
Police and fire crews were at the scene of the collision on Dane Court Road in Broadstairs, at the roundabout with Westwood Road.
Pictures show a police car blocking the route, which was shut just after 11am, but has since reopened.
Traffic information site Inrix reported slow traffic in the area.
A police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called at 11.04am on Wednesday 25 September to a report of a collision involving two cars in Broadstairs, at the roundabout where Broadstairs Road meets Westwood Road, Dane Court Road and Vicarage Street.
“Officers attended along with SECAmb and a man was taken to hospital after injuries were reported.
“The road was clear at around 12.30pm.”
An ambulance service spokeswoman added: “We were called shortly after 11am this morning to reports of a RTC involving two vehicles.
“Crews assessed and treated one male patient at the scene before taking him to the QEQM hospital in Margate for further medical care.”
