A "dangerous" crack has appeared near an exclusive gated community of multi-million pound homes.
The coastguard was sent pictures of the damage at the North Foreland private estate near Stone Bay in Broadstairs this morning.
It has sparked concerns there could be a cliff fall - with walkers being urged to be vigilant.
The estate is a collection of gated properties built on a cliff top overlooking the sea.
It is open to residents only - with barriers at the entrances and CCTV covering the site.
A social media post by HM Coastguard Margate said: "This morning we received a message from one of our followers highlighting a dangerous crack in a cliff along our coastline.
"Please be aware when enjoying walks along the beach, cliff falls can happen at any time.
"If you do see any potential areas of safety concern we ask that you contact the local council to report and also stay away and do not walk underneath them.
"In a coastal emergency dial 999 and ask for the coastguard."
Emergency services were called on Monday when a section of cliff beside the A226 Galley Hill Road in Swanscombe fell away, taking a section of road with it and sliding down towards Manor Way Business Park below.
The collapse is thought to have been triggered after a large 150mm mains pipe burst, sending hundreds of tons of rock and debris onto a site occupied by demolition firm Lancebox, based in Manor Way.
The Sunday Times named Stone Bay the best beach in Kent in 2019.
The Broadstairs beauty spot was the only beach in the county to feature in a list of the UK's top 40, ranking 27th due to its "strangely beautiful curve of flat sand and rock pools"
