Detectives have released an e-fit of a man believed to have punched a teenager and demanded his phone in Broadstairs town centre.
The victim was walking down High Street towards Queen Street when he was approached by two men at around 3.40pm on January 30.
The boy in his early teens reported that he was backed into a concealed driveway where he was punched to the back of the head and fell to the floor.
He then left the scene and reported the matter to the police.
The first suspect is described as a white man, about 18 years old and 6ft tall with a slim build.
He was wearing a grey hat, a grey padded jacket and grey tracksuit trousers.
He had vertical stripes shaved into his eyebrows, and a light moustache.
The second suspect is believed to be the same age with a tanned complexion, slim build and around 6ft tall.
He wore a grey tracksuit and a padded jacket, and also had vertical stripes in both eyebrows.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Pip Vickery of Kent Police said: “We understand there were people nearby at the time of the attack and in particular people waiting at the bus stops nearby so I would urge them to contact us if they saw anything, or if they recognise the e-fit.”
