A drunk mum kicked in a coffee shop window as she showed off a fitness move and then assaulted four police officers who attempted to arrest her.
Sharzad Takalobighasi smashed the glass of C and Sea in Albion Street, Broadstairs, during a night out with gym friends.
But when two nearby officers arrived on the scene and handcuffed her the 29-year-old was in no mood to go quietly.
Prosecutor Neil Sweeney said: “At first she was compliant but then became aggressive. She tried to get away and kicked an officer in the chest. Then she spat in another officer’s face twice.
“Assistance was called for. Two more officers arrived and one was struck on the chin. She kicked out and tried to bite one of the officers.”
Takalobighasi was taken to Margate police station, where she admitted she had been drinking too much Prosecco and had been mixing her drinks while at the Dolphin pub.
She said she could not remember anything when she woke up on the floor of her police cell.
When confronted with what she had done, she offered to pay for the damage and compensation.
Her solicitor, Paul O’Shea, said she was appalled at what she had done.
He said:”She apologised to the police officer she spat at. The group were inebriated and kicked up their legs. She was very drunk at the time.”
Takalobighasi admitted damaging the window and four counts of assaulting officers.
Sentencing her, chairman of the bench Tony Hodges said: “I think you showed a disgraceful attitude to authority. If you get so drunk you do not know what you are doing you shouldn’t have been practising your gym moves going along the road.”
Takalobighasi was ordered to pay £250 for the glass window. Three officers were awarded £50 compensation, while officer she spat at received £75. She must also pay £85 costs.
