An electrical fault sparked a blaze in a bedroom in Ramsgate.

Fire crews raced to the property in Queen's Road just after midnight.

They tackled the fire in the small upstairs front bedroom. All occupants were out of the property when crews arrived.

Two fire engines were sent to the scene and they left just after 12.30am.
