If you've always fancied appearing in a film, here's your chance as extras are required for a romantic comedy film.

Producer Michael Wearing and director Elena Dapelo will be shooting Clara's First Reader in Victoria Gardens, Broadstairs.

With the weather set to be in the 20s, filming is set to take place on Tuesday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 12.

On public Facebook group Broadstairs!, Michael Wearing wrote: "We have a couple of crowd scenes for which we will need some extras. (one each day).

"We unfortunately cannot afford to pay our extras but hope that you will get behind this project, by either being an extra or helping us source local people willing to give up a couple of hours for the film.

"We have chosen Broadstairs because it is very cinematic and a beautiful place.

Filming is set to take place for around two hours each day in the morning and you must be 16 or over.
