Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze in a flat last night.
Crews were called to the incident in Millmead Road, Margate, shortly after 7pm.
They fought the fire at the first-floor flat externally, through a window.
Firefighters were quickly able to bring it under control, before going into the flat wearing breathing apparatus and using a ventilation fan to blow smoke out of the property.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
