Five Guys fans in Thanet will have to get their burger-fix elsewhere as the Broadstairs branch is to close down.
The restaurant at Westwood Cross will shut at the end of September, having opened at the centre in 2016.
Bosses say the 14 staff members are to be offered jobs at other outlets.
A Five Guys spokesman said: "We can confirm that the Five Guys store in Thanet will be closing at the end of September.
"All members of our Five Guys Crew have been informed and have been offered new opportunities in the stores closest and most convenient to them.
"We appreciate all those fans who discovered Five Guys in Thanet.
"We value the loyalty of our customers and know that some of them will be disappointed by the news.
"The closest Five Guys is our new store under construction in Canterbury’s central shopping district, scheduled to open October 10."
