With rain and wind storming the county one road became blocked when a marquee got stuck in telephone wires after being blown from a pub garden.

Police and fire crews were called to Manston High Street at about 3.15pm as the tent - caught against the cables - blocked the road.

The road was closed while the flyaway marquee was dealt with.

It has since been cleared.
