Budget airline Flybe is to continue its flights to two northern destinations in a major vote of confidence in Kent International Airport.
Edinburgh will remain within easy reach of passengers from Manston, with daily flights to and from the Scottish capital to continue until at least September.
Flybe will also run a regular service to Manchester, with return flights every day except for Saturday.
Connecting flights are available to Belfast, Glasgow and Inverness via Manchester, as well as the Isles of Orkney and the Shetland Isles via Edinburgh.
Charles Buchanan, chief executive of Kent International Airport, said: “Local people keen to book their summer break next year can take advantage of the lowest possible fares.
“Passengers also have complete peace of mind when booking with Flybe. A number of airlines may have gone bust in the last 12 months but Flybe actually posted a profit in the last financial year.”
Mike Rutter, chief commercial officer at Flybe, added: “We’re committed to providing the most convenient, affordable, quality regional travel options with real value-added benefits.”
