A popular tattoo artist electrocuted on a railway line has tragically died in hospital, police have confirmed.
Joshua Dockerty, who was in his 20s, was left fighting for his life following the incident at Ramsgate station last Monday.
British Transport Police confirmed today that he died in hospital on Friday.
Tributes have since poured in to Joshua, who was described by friends as "a gentle giant with a big heart".
Another said he was "one of the funniest people I have come across", adding: "He was and always will be a very liked man."
Joshua had been rushed to hospital following the incident, which resulted in the attendance of a number of emergency services.
British Transport Police said at the time it was not treating the incident as suspicious.
