Homes have been left without water in Thanet - following an earlier power cut which left properties without electricity.
There are water supply issues in the Broadstairs area, which is affecting four postcodes in the area.
Southern Water said homes in the CT9, CT10, CT11 and CT12 have been hit by the issue.
"As a result of a power outage in the Broadstairs area, some customers saw a loss of water supply," the firm posted on Twitter.
"We investigated, identified and resolved the issue quickly but as we now recharge the network it could take up to one to two hours for customers to see full supply return.
"Customers may see some discolouration as a result of air bubbles, this will slowly disperse but running taps can also help. It is OK to use water as normal."
It comes after UK Power Networks said about 875 customers across seven postcodes in Thanet were affected by a power cut.
Engineers worked to fix the issue so power could be restored to homes in Broadstairs and Ramsgate.
A report was first received at 8.19am and an investigation has revealed an underground electricity cable faulted on the high voltage network.
UK Power Networks has since said power was restored at 9.20am.
