Troubling images show the moment hooded thieves reportedly snatched the till from a football stadium bar and made a getaway.
Masked men targeted Ramsgate Football Club’s Corner Flag Bar swiping roughly £600 after a bungled attempt to shut down the CCTV.
Now, club bosses have joined forces with police to help identify the unscrupulous crooks following the 2am raid on Monday.
Alongside CCTV stills, the club has described the burglars who, it believes, targeted the Southwood Stadium as a trio.
“They were in and out very quickly and took the till with some takings in and attempted to disable the CCTV,” a Rams spokesman said.
One male was described as white, 5ft 9-10” inches and age unknown with a slim build and wearing a two-tone dark-coloured hooded jumper.
He also had a “small white emblem on the left chest area”, light tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt, with dark trainers.
“The person was also wearing a face covering over the lower part of the face and light-coloured gloves,” the added.
Another was described as being slightly taller with a stocky or “rotund” build wearing a light rain jacket and jumper.
He also work dark coloured tracksuit bottoms, dark and light coloured trainers, and wearing a dark face covering over the lower part of the face, alongside dark and light coloured gloves.
The spokesman continued: “Another male, age and race couldn't be ascertained, wore a light coloured jacket with the hood up, light coloured tracksuit bottoms, dark coloured trainers, light coloured backpack.
“The person also had a light coloured face covering. A
“full description of this male wasn't available as they stayed outside of the bar and weren't seen inside where the images are clearer.”
The club is now appealing for anyone with any information to contact 101.
A spokesperson for the police added: “It is reported that at about 2am on Monday, January 22 unknown suspects entered the building and stole money to the value of about £600.
“Inquiries are ongoing, including reviewing CCTV footage, and anyone with information should call police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/11562/24.”
