Burglars have targeted a house being renovated in Broadstairs in a night-time raid, stealing appliances and tools.

They struck overnight on Thursday, January 20, breaking in to take kitchen appliances, including a cooker, wall radiators, and power tools.

The missing items include a DeWalt planer, reciprocating saw, multi-tool, angle grinder and laser level.

Police say they have been making house-to-house inquiries and forensically examining the scene for clues to find the intruders.
