The mother of a man missing since Christmas Day sparking an urgent search by police says he has been found.
Tyler Hastilow, 24, had last been seen on Boxing Day in the Bellevue Road area of Ramsgate, but had not been in touch with family or friends since Wednesday.
His mum Julie made an emotional plea to find him and police made an urgent appeal for information.
It sparked a huge outpouring on social media, with loved ones and friends urging him to get in touch.
In a post on Facebook, his mum said she has now had a call saying he is in Margate with a friend.
"I'm just happy he's alive," she wrote.
"Thank you to absolutely everyone of you that shared and messaged me, police are bringing him home now to be with his family."
A police spokesman confirmed he has been found safe and well.
"Officers would like to thank all those who assisted with their enquiries," he said.
