The final apartment at a luxury development overlooking "Kent's best beach" has hit the market for £1.5 million.
Ocean Drive is a collection of 13 modern apartments on the exclusive North Foreland Estate, a collection of gated properties close to Stone Bay in Broadstairs.
The last three-bedroom flat inside the southern building named Sun Rise includes a garden and patio as well as private beach access.
Developer Blueberry Homes, which is also behind the controversial Royal Sands development in Ramsgate where homes are on the market for £735,000, says the "stunning homes have been built to a very high specification".
The company also claims the flats are "probably the most luxurious apartments in the south of England".
Each of the flats - which range from 1,883 to 3,000 sq ft - come with private parking in a garage, and access to Stone Bay.
Residents will reach the beach by using The Thirty Nine Steps, made famous by the adventure novel by John Buchan of the same name.
The Sunday Times named Stone Bay the best beach in Kent in 2019.
The Broadstairs beauty spot was the only beach in the county to feature in a list of the UK's top 40, ranking 27th due to its "strangely beautiful curve of flat sand and rock pools".
Blueberry Homes describes the area as being "full of nostalgic, old-world, seaside charm".
It is also said to be "relaxed and unspoilt" and "the perfect place for chilled-out, family-friendly fun".
The land previously housed a detached property which was demolished, and the site was left abandoned for many years.
In July last year, a home near the up-market estate was advertised for £3m.
North Foreland is known for its impressive and expensive luxury homes, many of which boast swimming pools and tennis courts.
