It may well have been a knockout, but the sixth annual Pilgrims Hospices event at Governemnt Acre, Ramsgate, was also a roaring success.
Hundreds of supporters turned out for the charity's It's a Knockout fundraiser, generating vital funds for hospice care while giving an opportunity for friends, families and local businesses to take on crazy antics and compete for the winner's trophy.
This year, 16 teams - including last year's winners the Stormloopers - entered, with everyone taking part in the bouncy obstacle courses and slippery slides.

Teams from around the area took part, including Spencer Private Hospitals charity team from Margate.
They took part because each member of the team has known someone who has been supported by Pilgrims Hospices.
Karen Kenward, community fundraising manager, said: "This really is a fun event with many supporters returning each year.
"I would like to thank everyone who attended either by taking part, sponsoring their team members, spectators who came along to cheer their teams on, the volunteers for helping run our fun stalls, our amazing sponsors Stagecoach and to those who made or dressed up as mascots to help their teams double points.
"Your wonderful support will enable us to continue to provide care for all who need it, both within the hospice and at home.
"Last year, the event raised an incredible £16,109.
"Early indications show that this year's event has raised £11,326, with further sponsorship still to come in."
The winning team, and event sponsors, were again the Stormloopers, meaning they have completed a hattrick win at the event.
Chris Ray and Garry Warren, from the Stormloopers team from Stagecoach, said: "Pilgrims is a charity close to our hearts.
"We've won It's Knockout for the past two years, today we've completed a hattrick."
Upcoming Pilgrims Hospices events include the Pilgrims Way Challenge on June 9, A Night to Shine on September 22 and the Thanet Colour Run on October 21.
