A major road has been closed in both directions after a crash this evening.

Manston Road has been shut between the B2048 Acol Hill and the B2190 after a collision near the Margate Hill turn off.

Kent Police confirmed it was called at 4.50pm following a two-car crash.

Officers are currently at the scene and a road closure is in place. No serious injuries have been reported.
