A rock festival for families and children will take place at one of Kent's best beaches this summer.
Kids Rock will offer a day of live music and entertainment from the clifftop field by Joss Bay in Broadstairs on August 21.
There will be rock bands performing covers from some of the world's greatest bands including Queen, Guns N' Roses, Green Day, Foo Fighters, AC/DC, Blink 182 and many more.
There will also be songs from some talented local musicians at the festival, set up in 2019 by Katie Lawrance, who has been a children's entertainer in Kent for more than 10 years.
Doors open at 10am, with music kicking off at midday and culminating with a fire performance in the evening with doors closing at 8pm.
There will be a walkabout magician, circus performers, circus/aerial/silks workshops, a fun fair, bubble football, a cocktail and mocktail bar and a range of stalls.
There will also be 10 delicious food stalls from Feast Streat, face painting and glitter tattoos, balloon modelling, Kids Rock merchandise, craft stalls, UV and disco lights, parachute fun and dance floor space.
Festival-goers who would rather not drive have the option of using a shuttle bus for £3 from Broadstairs train station.
The price is the same for children and adults but babies go free. Everyone will need a ticket and must be pre-booked.
Buses will run every 30 minutes from 9.30am-2pm then from 5pm-9.30pm
There is a free on site car park with 700 spaces. Only one car parking space per family will be available and only to festival ticket holders.
