Police are hunting two masked robbers who knocked their victim to the ground before stealing his rucksack and laptop.
The pair were wearing black clothes and hockey masks when they approached a man in his 20s as he walked up to a cashpoint in Broadstairs High Street.
The victim was searching in his wallet when the men ran into him, knocking him to the ground.
His rucksack, which contained his laptop, was grabbed by the men who then ran off along Belvedere Road.
The robbery happened just after 3pm on Tuesday, September 1, and police have now released CCTV images of the suspects.
One was around 5ft 7in tall, with a stocky build and short mousey coloured hair. He was wearing dark tracksuit bottoms, and a grey sleeveless body warmer over a hooded top.
The second suspect is described as 6ft tall, with a thin build and black collar-length hair. He was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, with a grey hooded top, trainers and carried a small backpack.
Detective Constable Katrina Whitehead said: "This is a concerning incident, however reports like this are rare in Broadstairs and fortunately the victim was not injured.
"We want to thank the members of the public who came forward to help him and also to speak to officers about the incident.
"If there is anyone who has not yet spoken to officers but witnessed the robbery, or if perhaps they recognise the two men in the CCTV footage, we would ask them to contact Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting reference ZY/027402/15."
