A 24-year-old has been arrested after a crash involving a van and a car.

Police were called to the scene in B2053 Westover Road, Broadstairs, at about 9.20am.

No serious injuries have been reported, but the road was obstructed as a result of the collision.

Police attended and arrested a 24-year-old man, of no fixed address, on suspicion of driving offences.

He remains in custody while enquiries continue.
