Police have made an arrest after a man was stabbed in the stomach outside a church.
The attack happened near the St-Laurence-in-Thanet church in Newington Road, Ramsgate at around 5am on Saturday.
A man in his 20s was taken to hospital with a knife wound to his abdomen.
His condition is not said to be life-threatening.
The area surrounding the church was sealed off for several hours in the aftermath, while police gathered evidence.
Officers arrested a 22-year-old man from Ramsgate today. He remains in custody.
