A man has been taken to hospital with head injuries after a disturbance.

Officers were called to the incident in St Anthony's Way in Margate just before 11am today and the injured man was found nearby.

A police spokesman said he was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

"Officers remain at the scene and enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing," he added.
