Detectives are investigating after a man was stabbed in the back in a residential street.
The attack happened in Cliftonville Avenue, Margate, on Tuesday at about 10.20pm.
Emergency services were called to the road following reports of a disturbance between a group of men.
They discovered a man with a back injury consistent with a stab wound who was treated at a local hospital.
Now, officers are appealing for witnesses and remain in the area making inquiries.
A police spokesman said: “An investigation into the incident is ongoing, and officers would like to speak to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious between 10pm and 10.45pm that evening, in the area of Cliftonville Avenue, Approach Road and Dane Park.
“Anyone who has doorbell camera footage, dashcam or private CCTV in the area is also urged to call 01843 222289 quoting 46/198470/23.
